What is Casper Adventure and what makes you different?

Casper Adventure is a luxury expedition company specializing in premium off-road adventures across India and internationally. We combine the thrill of exploration with luxury comfort, using high-end Land Rover Defenders and providing 5-star accommodations, gourmet meals, and professional expedition leaders with 6+ years of experience.

Do I need prior off-road driving experience?

No prior off-road experience is required. Our professional drivers and expedition leaders will handle all challenging terrain. Participants can choose to drive on easier sections under supervision, but it's completely optional.

What is the typical group size for expeditions?

Our expeditions typically accommodate 12-20 participants to maintain an intimate, personalized experience. Each vehicle seats 4-5 people comfortably.

What vehicles do you use and are they safe?

We exclusively use Land Rover Defenders, known for their reliability and off-road capability. All vehicles are regularly maintained, equipped with safety equipment, GPS tracking, satellite communication devices, and first aid kits.

What type of accommodation is provided?

We provide luxury accommodations including premium hotels, heritage properties, and luxury camps depending on the destination. Private rooms with attached bathrooms are standard.

Are meals included and what about dietary restrictions?

All meals are included - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary restrictions with advance notice.

How do I book and what are the payment terms?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email to express interest. We require a 30% advance payment to secure your spot, with the balance due 30 days before departure.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive 80% refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: 25% refund. No refund for no-shows.

Can solo travelers join expeditions?

Yes! Many of our participants are solo travelers who join our group expeditions. Room sharing can be arranged with other solo travelers to reduce costs.

What happens in case of medical emergencies?

All expedition leaders are trained in first aid and wilderness medicine. We carry comprehensive first aid kits and emergency communication devices. Travel insurance with medical coverage is strongly recommended.
